Arlene Merkley

Women’s Representative

Arlene Merkley is a teacher and Chair of Guidance and Student Services at St. Joseph's Catholic High  School in Barrie.  She is passionate about sport and has been a dedicated volleyball (Georgian Cubs) and swimming coach for over 20 years. Arlene's family descends from Drummond Island and MacKinaw Michigan.  Arlene is excited about the opportunity to become involved with the Metis council and community.
